If that doesn't work, you're going to have to delete the character and everything in the universe folder and start again. You'll lose anything you built on the planet, but it should set it back to normal (assuming you've removed all mods). Look for a planet file with those coordinates and delete it, forcing the game (upon loading the planet) to make a new planet based on the seed. Try checking your starships nav panel and get the coordinates. Now that you deleted the mod the modified planet doesn't match your files.
